Tim has been in charge of Kessinger/Hunter’s construction department since joining the firm in 1986. During his tenure, his department has successfully completed over 300 construction projects ranging from the smallest details to 100,000 square foot projects costing over $2,000,000.

Tim’s skills and experience cover 20 years, not just with Kessinger/Hunter, but also eight years working in various electrical, mechanical and HVAC capacities. While at Kessinger/Hunter, Tim has overseen construction of many medical and professional offices, retail spaces and numerous office/warehouse and industrial facilities.
