Tammy joined Kessinger Hunter as a Senior Property Accountant in November of 2005. She uses her expertise as part of the property management team in real estate portfolios such as office, retail, and industrial through the preparation of financial packages.

Tammy's objective is to support the client and property managers through the preparation of monthly financial reports, accomplished through the use of software programs such as JD Edwards, Yardi, and Excel. She also prepares cash flow statements for use throughout the year. In addition to these monthly duties, she assists in re-forecasting, audit preparation, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Tammy earned a B.S. in Accounting and Financial Management from Park University.
