Paula is a licensed property and casualty insurance agent who joined Kessinger/Hunter in 2004 as Tenant Insurance Coordinator. She has worked in various positions in the insurance industry since 1990, including experience in customer service, quality, training, and underwriting.

She is a member of the National Association of Insurance Women, and has served in several positions on the Board of Directors of the local association and on several committees at the state level. In 2003, Paula received the local association’s Rookie of the Year award.

Paula is currently finishing work for the Certified Insurance Service Representative and Certified Professional Insurance Woman designations, and is completing the Associate in Insurance Services designation, as well as working on the achieving her bachelor’s degree.
