Kessinger/Hunter Tops Top Local Office Leasing List
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (April 2005) — In a survey of Greater Kansas City’s top 25 largest multi-tenant buildings conducted by the Kansas City Business Journal, Kessinger/Hunter & Co. has outpaced 10 other office leasing companies by handling 2.4 million square feet or 22 percent of the space in those facilities.

The 126-year-old commercial real estate firm’s closest competitor has leased 1.4 million square feet of space in the 25 buildings. Kessinger/Hunter handles leasing activities for seven of the top 25 multi-tenant buildings in the local marketplace.
