With over 14 years in detail financial experience, commercial Real Estate and 10 years with Architecture, Molly joined the Kessinger/Hunter team in 2010 as Senior Property Manager with duties including office and industrial properties for clients such as TA Realty and Great Point Investors.

Molly was recruited to Cushman & Wakefield of Texas and New York teams for a special project in early 2009. As the Senior Asset Manager for one of Cushman & Wakefield clients; Insphere Insurance Solutions, Inc., Ms. McLeay was instrumental in leading and implementing a new branding prototype and facility management protocols for this portfolio consisting of over 120 locations nationwide.

Ms. McLeay is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she earned her Bachelor of Architecture degree. She is a licensed real estate professional in the States of Missouri, Kansas and Texas and has also earned her CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Manager). The CCIM designation is considered a premier designation for financial companies and property financial review.
