Since 1974, Bo has been involved in retail brokerage, management, development, tenant representation and site selection. He is responsible for the management and oversight of leasing and marketing efforts for all Kessinger/Hunter managed retail properties throughout the United States.

As a principal, Bo participated in all aspects of the development, leasing, management and financing of four enclosed mall centers and a half dozen strip shopping centers totaling in excess of 3 million square feet from 1974 through 1985. Thereafter, involvement in strip and power centers from Phoenix, Arizona to Florida and Long Island, New York has been the principal challenges for third party owners and clients.
