Leland joined Kessinger/Hunter in 1996 as a Property Manager. His primary responsibilities include tenant relations, budget preparation, monthly financial reporting, maintenance supervision, contract negotiations, tenant finish supervision and the daily operations related to the retail properties he manages.

Prior to joining Kessinger/Hunter, Leland was a Property Manager with Price Equity Management in Overland Park, Kansas where he continued managing retail properties for various limited partnerships.

Leland earned a B.S. in Education from Pittsburgh State University, Pittsburgh Kansas. His professional designations include State of Kansas licensed real estate salesperson and State of Missouri licensed real estate salesperson.
