The King Plaza, King II, and King III Office Buildings are a group of buildings located in the Commerce Terrace Office Park east of Quivira and west of 69 Alt. and Corporate Woods on College Boulevard. They are located among the highest areas of Johnson County which affords unique views from any floor in the Buildings.

The King Buildings are located on King Street, which is private only to these Buildings and the Hoelt Hotel on the north side of College Boulevard. Their serene location brings the outside environment to the Buildings. Each Building was built with an interior landscaped atrium area open to the sky. The large land areas combine the birds, trees, and green space for the unique environmental feel of the Buildings.

The Buildings are home to many tenants which sizes ranging from 500 SF to 24,000 SF. This allows the Buildings to offer a variety of space options yet still be keenly expansive to individual tenant needs.
