Jerry is Co-Chairman of Kessinger/Hunter & Company, was recently the President and owner of J.P. Fogel & Company and has over 40 years of experience in the industrial real estate field, both as an industrial broker and developer.

He has been a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) since 1971 and has served two terms as President of the Western Missouri-Kansas Chapter. He is also a former Regional Vice President and has served on the Executive Committee of SIOR. Jerry has served as the Director of the Metropolitan Kansas City Board of Realtors, Chairman of the Commercial & Industrial Branch, and on the Nominating Committee for the Commercial Board.
