Greg has been involved in the office building specialty of leasing and sales since 1983, joining Kessinger/Hunter & Co. in 1993. He is a company principal and serves as Director of Office Brokerage. Greg has been instrumental in dozens of major deals in the Kansas City area, including the representation of H&R Block’s World Headquarters consolidation, which upon completion will result in a 500,000 square foot, 18-story office building, as well as the representation of Universal Underwriters Group, Inc.’s 240,000 square foot, eight story, build-to-suit to serve as their national headquarters facility. Greg served as Team Marketing Director for the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America’s Overland Park and South Kansas City portfolio totaling nearly 500,000 square feet.

Greg is the current president of and on the Board of Directors for the local Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
