Debbie joined Kessinger/Hunter & Company in November 1993 as Office Manager. In that capacity, she is responsible for the hiring and supervising of the Administrative Assistant Department staff, Kessinger/Hunter policies and procedures, personnel issues, real estate licensing for over 50 salespersons, lease and sale transactions, equipment contracts, as well as working closely with the principals of Kessinger/Hunter. Prior to joining Kessinger/Hunter & Co., Debbie was with another Kansas City real estate firm for 14 years, where she served as Administrative Manager. Her responsibilities included supervising of the administrative personnel, completing budgets, communicating with the corporate office, training throughout the Midwest Region of Administrative Managers, as well as the day-to-day operations of the Kansas City office.
