Audrey joined Kessinger/Hunter & Company, LC in 2003, where she is active in retail leasing, tenant representation, and development throughout Kansas City and the Midwest.

Audrey has represented numerous ownership groups, including Crown Center Redevelopment Corporation, Capstone Realty Partners, McGregor Interests, and TIC Properties. Major retail projects include The Falls, an 850,000sf Bass Pro Shops anchored development in Independence, MO and Crown Center Shops, a 400,000sf urban retail center within the 85 acre mixed use development which is home to Hallmark Cards, Inc.

Audrey also represents several national tenants in the Kansas City marketplace. She has represented such Tenants as Dean & DeLuca, Hastings, and Performance Bike. In 2007-2008, Audrey was involved in rolling out over 25 Snap Fitness stores in Kansas and Missouri.

2007 Retail Power Broker, awarded by Costar Group 2007 Second Place recipient of the “Top 3 Award” by KCRAR 2009 ICSC State Operations Chair for Kansas & Missouri Audrey is also a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), NAR (National Association of Realtors), KCRAR (Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors) and is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Missouri and Kansas.

Prior to joining Kessinger/Hunter & Co., Audrey financed commercial lease transactions for an Energy Finance Firm out of Dallas. She is a lifelong resident of Kansas City.

Audrey received both a BA and an MBA degree from Rockhurst University.

Audrey has served on the Board of Directors for DeLaSalle Education Center since 2001, and has chaired events such as the AMC Theaters/DeLaSalle Movie Benefit Event.
