Two Pershing Square, 2300 Main Street, landed a roughly 140,000 square foot lease for the General Services Administration, which will relocate about 900 employees to the building from the aging Bannister Federal Complex next year.

The last agency at the Bannister Federal Complex without a new home lined up now has one. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s National Logistics Support Center and National Reconditioning Center will move to a 222,500 square foot facility at 14200 Merritt Road in Grandview.

Quidsi Logistics renewed its lease of 101,740 square feet of space at 14601 W. 99th Street, Lenexa, KS.  Joe Accurso negotiated the renewal.

Universal Forest Products leased 64,345 square feet of space at CenterPoint-KCS Intermodel, Kansas City, Missouri.  Matthew Severns, CCIM and Patrick J. McGannon, SIOR of Kessinger/Hunter and Mark Long and Tracey Mann of Newmark Grubb Zimmer negotiated the lease.   

Kansas City Electric Supply leased 45,360 square feet of space at Oxford Square B, 14851 W. 99th Street, Lenexa, Kansas.  Joe Accurso, SIOR of Kessinger/Hunter and John Stafford of Colliers International negotiated the lease.   

CFSE Real Estate, LLC purchased a 9,684 square foot building located at 1421 E. 104th Street, Kansas City, Missouri.  Miles McCune of Kessinger/Hunter negotiated the sale.

SM Real Estate Holdings, LLC purchased a 9,653 square foot building located at 14300 Metcalf, Overland Park, Kansas.  Miles McCune and Travis Helgeson of Kessinger/Hunter negotiated the sale.

BT7 Corporation, Inc. and BAO, Inc. leased 7,500 square feet of space at 8215 Melrose Drive, Lenexa, Kansas.  Travis Helgeson of Kessinger/Hunter negotiated the lease.
