Saint Paul School of Theology leased 13,705 square feet of space at Penn National, 4370 W. 109th Street, Overland Park, Kansas.  Jim Gates, SIOR of Kessinger/Hunter and Mary Riley-Cheek of Zimmer Real Estate Services negotiated the lease.

March Properties, LLC purchased a 9,100 square foot building located at 4505 Metropolitan, Kansas City, Kansas.  Rob Holland, CCIM of Kessinger/Hunter negotiated the sale.  

322 Southwest Boulevard, LLC purchased a 5,000 square foot building located at 322 Southwest Boulevard, Kansas City, Missouri.  Michael Watson of Kessinger/Hunter negotiated the sale.
