Two Pershing Square, 2300 Main Street, landed a roughly 140,000 square foot lease for the General Services Administration, which will relocate about 900 employees to the building from the aging Bannister Federal Complex next year.

Russo Properties Corporation leased 66,121 square feet of space at 6100 Stilwell, Kansas City, Missouri.  Joe Acurso, SIOR of Kessinger/Hunter and Zach Hubbard of Block Real Estate Services negotiated the lease.  

Spin Concepts, Inc. leased 3,805 square feet of space at Crown Center, 2450 Grand Boulevard, Kansas City, Missouri.  Audrey Navarro and Chris Newkirk of Kessinger/Hunter and Justin Kaufman of CBC Fishman negotiated the lease.  

Glynn Devins, Inc. renewed its lease of 5,797 square feet and expanded into an additional 2,029 square feet of space at King III, 11011 King Street, Overland Park, Kansas.  Debbie Schulte, SIOR of Kessinger/Hunter negotiated the renewal and expansion. 

Heartland Kidney Network leased 4,539 square feet of space at 10 Main Center, 920 Main Street, Kansas City, Missouri.  Miles McCune and Sharon Gartin of Kessinger/Hunter represented the landlord and Jim Gates, SIOR of Kessinger/Hunter represented the tenant.
